As the winter of 2006-2007 concludes KASDEN FUEL is beginning to offer a FUEL OIL PURCHASE PROGRAM for next years heating season. The heating season just ending saw wild fluctuations in both the weather and the price of fuel. While KASDEN FUEL can not take the volatility out of the weather it can offer protection against the volatility in the price of the fuel. We have put together a comprehensive program which includes the following options:

Option 1 PRICE CAP PROGRAM
A ceiling price is established that the price of the fuel will NOT EXCEED while the price will fluctuate on the downside according to market conditions. PRICE CAP PURCHASE:
A.) Pre-purchase a specific number of gallons effective 10/01/2007 to 04/30/2008. Participation in this program requires a non-refundable fee.
B.) Your account must be on automatic delivery.

Option 2 FIXED PRICE PROGRAM
A fixed price is determined for your fuel requirements with NO DOWNSIDE protection, but protection against rising prices. FIXED PRICE PROGRAM:
A.) Pre-purchase of the product will be effective 10/01/2007 with all product used by 09/30/2008. Participation in this program requires payment in full.
B.) A specific number of gallons will be determined for use from 10/01/2007 thru 04/30/2008. If the amount of gallons used exceeds the pre-determined amount then those gallons will be billed according to daily market conditions. If less than the pre-determined numbers of gallons are used, no penalty will be incurred. Participation in this program will require a non-refundable deposit.
C.) Your account must be on automatic delivery.

Option3 DAILY MARKET PRICE
Price fluctuates daily with the market. This program has no control on how the market fluctuates and has no protection against rising prices. Your daily price will be billed according to market conditions.
