This program valid upon inspection of oil tank.

This program covers the replacement of an above ground single wall steel oil tank.
The coverage is as follows:
1. Removal of tank leaking from normal wear and tear.
2. Installation of a new tank by Kasden Fuel Co.
3. This installation will be done in accordance to all Federal, State and local Town regulations and codes, which includes permit.
4. Additional requiements over and above single steel wall tanks are not covered.
5. Removal of any existing oil left in tank that can be put into your new tank.

Kasden Fuel Co. is not responsible for any environmental damage due to the release of oil from the tank or oil lines. This is the owner's responsibility.

Program not valid on any pre-existing leakage from tanks or lines.
